techBridge

Delivered in partnership with The Door, TechBridge is a five-week course that provides young adults with the opportunity to strengthen their professional skills, begin to establish their professional network, and gain hands on technical training. All this while developing the academic skills needed to pass the Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE) and succeed in Per Scholas’ Information Technology Support course. After successfully completing this five-week course, students directly enroll into Per Scholas’ 15-week IT Support course where they learn the necessary skills needed and prepare to earn the industry recognized certifications to begin a career in IT. Like all Per Scholas trainings, this course is offered at no cost to accepted students.

TechBridge is a five week course for applicants ages 18–24 who are passionate about technology and ready to begin a career in IT but score below the minimum on Per Scholas’ entrance exam, the TABE. 

 

RECRUITMENT CYCLE

Recruitment operates on a rolling basis for TechBridge and all other Per Scholas programs. New classes kick-off every six to eight weeks.

The first step is to complete our online application to begin. Don't worry. This doesn't lock you into a final commitment. After completing the application, you will be invited in for an information session held at our Bronx office every weekday at 8:45 AM. You only need to submit one application. Multiple submissions will not impact your chances of admittance.
